Bate-se as claras em castelo, Adiciona-se o açúcar e bate-se até ficar um
merengue. Depois deita-se as gotas de vinagre e por ultimo a essência de
baunilha e a raspa de limão.<br />
Coloca-se o merengue numa forma redonda bem larga, forrada com papel vegetal e
vai ao forno a 150ºC. ( O forno já deve estar quente)<br />
Deixa-se cozer + - 1h.<br />
Depois desliga-se o forno e deixa-se ficar o suspiro lá dentro. ( Eu fiz à
noite e deixei ficar até ao outro dia )<br />
Bate-se natas com 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar.<br />
Na hora de servir coloca-se as natas por cima do suspiro, depois o curd de limãos
frutos vermelhos e decora com fios de ovos.<br />
<br />
Ps: Se o merengue ficar muito alto no meio, faz -se um pouco de pressão com os
dedos, até partir a crosta e formar uma cova.</span><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "tahoma" , sans-serif; font-size: 8.5pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>

font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody;">Passados os 10 minutos retire o rolo do congelador, retire o papel vegetal que pode aproveitar para colocar num tabuleiro.</div><div style="color: rgb(69, 69, 69); font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody;">Corte em rodelas de 1 cm, depois com os dedos faça um pouco de pressão e vá dando uma forma de concha, de seguida, com ajuda de uma colher de café, coloque no meio uma colher de queijo e uma colher de compota de mirtilo, una as pontas e faça pressão para ficar uma concha bem fechada, coloque num tabuleiro e polvilhe com açúcar.</div><div style="color: rgb(69, 69, 69); Comece por temperar bem a carne com sal e pimenta. Depois coloque-a no tacho ou frigideira com um fio de azeite bem aquecido e leve ao lume. Vá virando o frango de forma a deixá-lo tostado em todos os lados – é normal que a pele se agarre ao fundo, mas não tem problema se ficar meio rasgada.
